Payment & Refund Policy
At Puppy La Vie, every puppy is reserved specifically for one family. Once payment is received, we immediately secure the puppy from our breeder, remove the puppy from availability, and assume financial responsibility for that puppy. Because of this, all payments are final.
Final Sales
All puppy purchases, reservation payments, deposits, and balances paid to Puppy La Vie are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Refunds will not be issued due to, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Buyer’s remorse
- Financial hardship
- Loss of employment
- Family or spouse disagreement
- Housing or landlord restrictions
- Scheduling conflicts
- Travel changes
- Allergies
- Personal circumstances
- Any reason unrelated to the puppy’s health as covered by our Health Guarantee
Health Guarantee
The only circumstances under which a refund, replacement, or other remedy may be available are those specifically covered under Puppy La Vie’s Health Guarantee.
If a situation does not qualify under the Health Guarantee, it does not qualify for a refund.
Acceptance of Terms
By submitting payment, the purchaser acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to Puppy La Vie’s Payment & Refund Policy and Health Guarantee.
