When can I take my puppy home?
Most puppies posted are ready to go home once they meet age and health requirements. Specific availability and pickup dates will be discussed during the placement process.
Where are you located?
Puppy La Vie operates as a private, appointment-only concierge puppy placement service based in the Richmond, Virginia area. We offer private pickup appointments and delivery options throughout Virginia and the East Coast.
Do you have a storefront?
No. We operate by appointment only and focus on providing a personalized puppy placement experience rather than a traditional retail environment.
Can I meet a puppy before making a decision?
Yes! We offer virtual introduction/meet-and-greets for families who are still exploring their options. For families who have selected a puppy and are ready to move forward, we offer private in-person appointments designed as meet-and-take-home experiences.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. Financing and payment plan options are available! Please visit our financing page.
Do your puppies come with a health guarantee?
Yes. Puppies come with a written health guarantee. We also require families to schedule a licensed veterinarian wellness exam within 72 hours of bringing their puppy home.
Are your puppies vaccinated?
Puppies receive age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming before placement. Records are provided at pickup.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes. We offer private delivery throughout Virginia and many East Coast locations. Delivery fees vary based on distance.
Can you help me find a specific breed?
Yes. Our Dream Puppy Matching Service helps families find specific breeds, colors, sizes, and traits through our trusted breeder network.
