How do I schedule an appointment?
Appointments can be requested directly through our website. A team member will contact you within 1–2 hours to confirm your appointment. Same-day appointments may be available.
Are appointments required to meet a puppy?
Yes. We are an appointment-only boutique. All visits are reserved for serious buyers who are ready to select and take home a puppy during their appointment.
How many puppies can I meet during my appointment?
We prepare up to three puppies based on your preferences. This allows for a personalized experience while keeping the environment calm and low-stress for our puppies.
Do you offer financing?
Yes! We offer financing through Easy Pay Financial. The application takes about 5 minutes and gives you an instant decision. We recommend applying before your visit to streamline your appointment.
Can I place a deposit to reserve a puppy?
Yes. A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a puppy. This amount is applied toward your final purchase price.
What breeds do you offer?
We specialize in toy and designer breeds, including but not limited to: Yorkies, Shih Tzus, Pomeranians, Poodles, Maltipoos, and more. Our availability changes weekly.
Are your puppies microchipped and registered?
Most of our puppies are microchipped, but not all. Microchipping and registration vary by puppy, and full details are provided before your appointment.
Can I take my puppy home the same day?
Yes! If the puppy is ready and you’re prepared, you may take your puppy home immediately following your appointment.

Do you offer delivery or shipping?
Yes. We offer local delivery and are expanding regional delivery options. Please ask for current availability and pricing during your consultation.
Do you have more puppies than what’s shown in-store?
Yes! What’s available in-store is just a portion of what we can offer. Through our trusted breeder network, we can special order your dream puppy based on your exact preferences.
Where do your puppies come from?
Our puppies come from a vetted network of USDA-compliant breeders, Certified Canine Care (CCC) breeders, and select hobby breeders who prioritize health, cleanliness, and proper socialization.
Are your puppies healthy?
Yes. All of our puppies are vet-checked and come with a health guarantee! You’ll receive vaccination records, health documentation, and care recommendations at the time of pickup.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Please bring a valid ID, a secure payment method (card, cash, or pre-approved financing), and a small carrier or crate to take your puppy home the same day. We also may have some available for purchase.
